Sustainability in Population and Public Health

We believe that furthering sustainability is one of the best things we can do to protect public health and reduce health disparities.

Through research and activities on and off campus, we address and advocate for population health as influenced by environment. Our investigators demonstrate the need for – and benefits of – increasing sustainability, addressing climate change and food insecurity, and reducing pollution, contaminants and harmful chemicals. Through partnerships across USC and outside organizations, we aim to be part of the solution in advancing sustainable health systems.
